Does Pain In Genital Area After Cyst Removal Mean Pudendal Nerve Entrapment?

I recently had a cyst removed (12/13) from my genital sac. The doctor indicated that the cyst had been attached to my left testicle. He also advised me at a followup my post up follow up that the cyst was fluid filled and not cancerous. I indicted that I was having trouble sitting. That I was experiencing pain in genital area when sitting. Hew indicated that the sutures were not fully healed and asked that I come back in July 2014 for a followup. Given the soreness I am still feeling I scheduled a follow up for 2/26/14. Could I have pudendal nerve entrapment. If so should this uro;gist be able to evaluate for this. I live in 11385 area code is there a specialist you can refer me to ??
