Does Pain Killing Medications For Shoulder Surgery Cause Stomach Upset?
recently had shoulder surgery. Nine weeks out. pain meds for phys therapy beginning to aggrivate stomach. Dec 29 had severe upset stomach and vommited very aggresively. my belly button has been sensitive and tender and ozzy and pussy. i also had an umbilical hernia repair 4 years ago. Are any of these issues related to my belly button disscomfort?

Hi yes. Pain killers do hamper the gut mucosal repair and can cause ulcers and erosions. Take some antacids and you will be fine. Hope this helps.
