I am glad that you have put up your query at HealthCareMagic. Piles or haemorrhoids is a condition wherein the veins in the rectum get engorged due to a backflow of blood from the liver which is responsible for processing and detoxifying the food that we eat and digest. It can also be caused due to constipation which causes abrasions in the rectum causing it to bleed. The piles gets relief on using stool softners like isabgol husk or lactulose syrup. Relief is also obtained by Sitz bath wherein you have to sit with the anal opening dipped in water so warm that the skin can take.
Unless there are issues with improper hygeine causing microbes to be passed on to the baby, there is no direct relation of piles with the baby breast feeding. You can continue breast feeding the baby and need not be concerned.
