Does Plan B Reduce HCG Level During Pregnancy?

I just found out I'm pregnant and took plan b the other day before knowing... When I found out today they tested my hcg which which was 400 for what we think is week 4 day5. Would that possibly screw up the number since the dr said it was kinda low?

Plan b doesnt reduce HCG level.
HCG may be low from intake of plan b because may be damaged pregnancy,and the latter has stopped its development.
Hence HCG doesnt increase.
You should confirm welfare of your pregnancy by TVS scan.
