Does Playing Squash Aggravate Moderate Spondylosis Condition?

Hi. I am a 44 year old woman with mild to moderate spondilosis. The pain radiates from the neck down to the shoulder when I sit in front of the computer for long periods of time. I have recently started playing squash. I now realise that I do get pain in the right shoulder and right hand immediately after a game of squash. Does this mean that I am aggravating the medical condition I have with squash. Look forward to hearing from you and thank you for your help in advance. Regards. LN
