General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The pain is due to herniated disc and not due to the poor blood supply. He can consult a neurosurgeon and get evaluated. As of now analgesics like Acetaminophen or tramadol can be tried.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
