Does Posterior Pituitary Tumor Cause Blood Pressure To Be Chronically Elevated Or Depressed And Why?

mr grimaldi was previously diagnosed as having a posterior pituitary tumor that causes hypersecretion of ADH. He comes to the clinic regularly to have his blood pressure checked. Would you expect his blood pressure to be chronically elevated or depressed? Why?

ADH is anti- diuretic hormone that is it prevents water loss from the kidneys in form of urine.
Since the patient has ADH secreting tumor there will bring water retention in body leading to fluid overload and high blood pressure.
