Does Prolomet Xl And Stamlo Cause Erection Problems?

Sir, I am having problems maintaining erection. Ejaculation is also becoming difficult/painful. I am having high blood pressure and taking prolomet XL 100 in the morning and stamlo 10 in the night. Please let me know if my problems are caused by this medication.

Hi,

Promolet-XL seems to be the cause for erection problems. Prolomet XL 100 is a beta blocker commonly prescribed to treat high blood pressure, angina and irregular heart rhythms. Its most common causes include low blood pressure, fatigue, difficulty in breathing and erectile dysfunction. Stamlo on the other hand is unlikely to cause erectile dysfunction. Consult your treating doctor for an alternate effective but a safer medication instead of Prolomet-XL.
