Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I do not think that hydrogen peroxide will cause any problems if use in limited quantities. So my suggestion is to put just 2 drops in each ear and not in excess. Also if you have a problem of ear wax accumulation frequently you can put wax softener drops. Also getting the ears cleaned at regular intervals can help in reducing excessive accumulation. It is also better to get the ears cleaned by a professional as doing it at home can accidentally push the ear wax deep in the ear.

Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
H2o2 is mild antiseptic and anti irritant. It can loosen mucus as well. So it will not lead any ear blockage. Don't worry about that. You can use it for prescribed duration by your doctor.
