I quit smoking yesterday and have opened my bowels 3 times this morning already. Given i've always been a 'May go today, probably the day after but definately the day after' person what i wanted to know is is smoke cessation commonly found to affect bowel movement?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it is the psychological condition of the smokers that happens when they quit the smoking and different person have different causes and it is just to start the smoking again once the gets the positive reply that what ever is happening is due to not smoking but in actual it is nothing like that anything happening and no need to worry about the diarrhea it is the self limiting condition and hope this information helps.
