Does "Brite Cream" Incerease Unwanted Hair Growth On Upper Lip?

good morning sir i used betaderm cream for some allergic condition and i got hair on my upper lip is it permenant ? and my doctor recommended me to use brite cream(hydroquinone-4%,oxybenzone,and octinoxate) does it increases my hair growth which i got due to previous medication. if it grows is it lsats permenantly please help me

Betaderm is a mild steroid cream which on long term use can cause increased hair growth as an adverse effect.
Brite cream is generally prescribed for reducing pigmentation due to various causes. It does not cause unwanted hair growth as a side effect. However, It does not help to reduce the hair growth you got with betaderm cream also.
The unwanted hairs that you got due to betaderm cream may slowly come down. But in some cases, it can be permanent.
