Does Rash On Stomach Of A Diabetic Indicate Heat Rash?

I have had a bad cough over the weekend and took benylin cough mixture, I am diabetic and on blood pressure tablets. I was warm in the night and I have noticed a pin prick rash on my stomach this morning ,it doesn t itch. Could it be just a heat rash?

please get a blood sugar check up. Skin infection are more common in hyperglycemic states. It can just be a heat rash even.
