Does Recovery After A Grade-3 Cancerous Brain Tumor Removal Surgery Take Long?

Just got a frontel embedded brain tumer removed grade 3 and treatment is about to begin I was just wondering how long will it take and when can I resume work as I have already been off work for over a month I m currently on Keppra steroids, and zanx, are these the meds I should be taking, as the keppra is hard to get used to
