Hello,
If she has always had regular menstrual cycles and has a missed period now followed by these symptoms, pregnancy should be suspected. A home pregnancy test may be done with a fresh early morning sample of urine 3-7 days after the missed period. Else, an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres can be done for an earlier and better confirmation. A proper clinical evaluation coupled with a trans-vaginal sonogram a week after the missed period sorts the issue out. Hope this helps.
