Does Regestrone Help In Regularizing The Periods?

i am 28yr female ,154 ht,48 wt.i have irregular periods from menarche.eventhough i took medicines periods irregular.when i stop medicines (tab cresanta) periods also stop.now i wants to conceive, for that i am not taking that medicine and periods not came. now starts to take registrone 5mg for 3 days . what is the purpose of starting registrone for me,whether its helps in pregnancy.please asvise regarding how i will get pregnant.give the best answer

Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. As you have always had irregular cycles, you have to go through the proper protocol of evaluation. This includes a proper clinical exam, complete hormone assay, trans-vaginal sonogram to determine the status of the pelvic organs, tubal patency tests, blood counts, urinalysis, serum DHEAS levels, AMH titres, antral follicular count and insulin resistance test. Further management can be planned accordingly. Registrone is being given here to induce the period. If deemed fit, you may be induced to ovulate. Hope this helps.
