This includes a proper clinical exam, complete hormone assay, trans-vaginal sonogram to determine the status of the pelvic organs, tubal patency tests, blood counts, urinalysis, serum DHEAS levels, AMH titres, antral follicular count and insulin resistance test. Further management can be planned accordingly. Registrone is being given here to induce the period. If deemed fit, you may be induced to ovulate. Hope this helps.
