Welcome to healthcaremagic,
There is not need for use of milk and if it is contaminated it can result in pimples, so do not use it.
Acne is a common problem specially among teenage girls. The treatment response in case of acne differs from patient to patient and I advice you to visit a dermatologist as he can evaluate you and give appropriate cream.
The usual treatment for acne includes:
1. Topical retinoids with an antibiotic like erythromycin or doxycyclin
2. Use of moisturizer such as Aloe vera gel
3. Keep you face clean.
You need to take the treatment for at least 8 weeks to get improvement. Many need treatment for a few months.
Hope that answers your question,
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
