Does Removal Of Adenoid Help To Stop Dribbling In Child?

My son who is nearly 3 dribbles excessively his nursery also said his speech isn t as clear as it should be. He snores a lot too. We are waiting on a referral to ENT but wondered what is the likely hood of his adenoids being removed at his age I m just concerned as some family children sometimes won t play with him and a friends son recently dribbled and said he was copying my son. Thanks

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for your query.
Probable cause for dribbling at this stage can be adenoids.
Adenoids needs to be detected in X ray nasopharynx.
Adenoids removed at this age is not to be worried.
It is safe and more compatible for kids.
I would suggest you to consult with the doctor and get evaluated.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
