Hi, Retroverted uterus does not pose any problem in a pregnancy; it can pose a problem in conception which you do not seem to have. Very early pregnancy may not be detected sometimes due to poor resolution and a repeat sonogram makes things obvious. This can be more so based on the location of the implanted gestation sac. Please take adequate rest and avoid sexual intercourse. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you good health.
