Does Room Spins Have Any Effect On Thyroid?

I been haveing roomm spins when I lay down and standing or just sitting in a chair. I am going today for and ulta sound on my throid. They have found something that will have a biopice once they do the ultra sound. Do you think that my room spins have some thing to do with what they have found on my thorid?

It could be.
I would like to know the size of the thyroid and how is your carotids (blood vessel to head). Some times a large thyroid may press on these blood vessels and can cause decreased blood flow to head making you giddy.
