Does Salyzap Gel Help In Removing Red/brown Marks On Face?

Hi! 4 months back my skin was leash clear and now my forehead is full of pimples/acne and red/brown marks plus a lots of them on my upper back,it all started with a pimple on nose. I also suffered from constipation and still get backed up every now and then. I consulted a dermatologist and he gave me Melapik and Skinsure cream. Melapik worked wonders as pimple was gone in a day or two but the breakouts were not at all controlled. So now he gave me Nilac Gel (morning) , Salyzap gel(night) and Ashrich 500mg(azithromycin - 3 days a week). I have been taking this medication for 17-18 days but do not notice any significant change. Should i stick to this course? And does salyzap gel helps removing red/brown marks? Male, 20,student

I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Outbreak of acne is not uncommon in the age group of twenties and the cause is hormonal changes and constant exposure to pollution. Continue the course of treatment Azythromicin will prevent any further outbreak acting from deep inside while Salyzap will clear the superficial problem.
Apart from the prescribed treatment my suggestion is to apply acne scar cream like Mederma every night to clear off the acne marks.
