Does Severe Abdominal Pain, Headache, Missed Period, Sickness, Appetite Loss Indicates Pregnancy?

I am a 31yr old female. I have been experiencing pain on the lower right side of my abdomen. I have problems with sleeping on that side of my stomach. My last menstral flow was on the 29th of january to the 3rd of february. After my last period I ovulated on the 9th of february then i spotted lightly on the 12th and 13th after my ovulation. i haven t had another menstral flow uptil now since january. I also have headaches sometimes. I have not experienced morning sickness. I have not lost appetite for food too. I will like to know what is wrong with me. Am I pregnant? Kindly assist in diagnosing what could be wrong with my health. Thank you. Best regards.

Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

From your history it may be " Implantation bleeding or spotting" or Premenstrual Tension. I advice you to do,
1. HPT ( Home pregnancy Test) or do serum beta HCG test which is more reliable than HPT.
2. Relax yourself and do YOGA
3. Take nutritious diet
4. Take plenty of fluids
5. Analgesics like paracetamol 500 mg once (in low doses)
6. Consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.
