Does Shaking And Episodes Of Abdominal Pain At Night In A Child With Good Appetite Indicate Something Specific?

Hello, My daughter is 6 years old and on and off she has a shaking and pain episodes in the middle of the night. We try to help and she keeps telling us that her stomach hurts and she can t stop shaking. She does eat all kinds of food. The good and the bad and has a super fast metabolism. She eats every hour a little bit if you let her. Is there anything related to such symptoms for children in specific? Thank yoiu
