Hi,
Apart from acute tonsillitis these symptoms might be due to acute pharyngitis or granular pharyngitis.
What ever it might be, treatment remains the same.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course like Azithromicin.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
