Does Sinusitis Cause Strong Pulsating Sensation On The Right Side Of The Head?

I can feel a strong pulse or my heart beat on the right side of my head. It doesn t seem to be near as strong on the left side. there is also a hollow feeling on that side. I have a sinus infection or upper respiratory cold right now, could this be the cause of that feeling and heartbeat on the right side of my head?

I think the heart beat that you are hearing on right side is most likely you are suffering from tinnitus. As you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection, so it can be explained by that as the infection can spread to the ear which can cause this sensation of yours. When you treat that and you get better, that sensation will also be cured.
