Does Skin Lite Cream Cause Skin Cancer?

Hi am using skin lite cream for 1year it shows my face very bright is there any side effects al r teling tat it may cause skin cancer. Is it true and if i stop mean tat bright colour wil change and it wil become black ? And how can i maintain a same colour while i stop using this cream.

Skin lite contains tretinoin and steroid.
It will not cause skin cancer but can cause depigmentation of skin.
Excessive depigmentation can cause white patches on skin.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
