Does Skipping Breakfast Make It Difficult To Lose Weight?

I have been wondering about my weight I am 5’ 3” and I’m 157 pounds male. I can’t seem to lose 1 pound I hit around 20,000 steps daily 20 minutes of cardio and 300 sit ups daily I eat lunch and dinner with perfect macronutrients according to my Fitbit I struggle to find time eating bteakfeast could this be a problem?

Of course dont eating breakfast leads you to non loosing weight.
This leads you to more increased amount of food in next meal.It is good you are heaving good quality food but see even quantity.
Eat 3 meals and 2 snakes.
