Hi Iam rama, 30 years old female with 65 kgs wt with Ht 5.3 I am having belly fat, can you please tell me skipping 1000 times a day with minimum calorie intake will help me out. Breakfast - Oats Green Tea Lunch 3 pulka with little amt of rice and apple night 200 gm nutri shake This is my diet started 1 month back with no exercise. Actually i don t have time to go out and my job is sitting job. So early morning 1000 count skipping will help me.

Do crunches, tummy pool or yoga. It will perfect your figure at home itself. Do drink warm water with little drops of lemon in it and make a schedule of eating papaya after dinner.
