Does Slight Bleeding, Nausea And Diarrhea Indicate Pregnancy?

LMP 11/11/14 had sex the entire week afterwards, unprotected. pregnancy symptoms, nausea, increased urinations, diarrhea, etc. bleed lightly for 2 days with mild cramping( a day after missed period) (when originally diagnosed with dysmenorhea, period usually extremeley heavy & 4-5 days long with extremeley painful cramps) blood & urine test negative at doctors office on dec 4th. woke up today vomiting & already used the restroom twice in an hour. & have diarhea I want to beieve im pregnant, but why wont i test positive. & whats s up wth the two day bleed? am i pregnant?

Pregnancy can only be diagnosed with urine pregnancy test as these symptoms like nausea, increased urination can be due to other causes like urinary tract infection etc.
So, please send me details regarding your treatment for dysmenorrhea along with medications presently using for further suggestions.
Bleeding after getting pregnant in fact is an indication of miscarriage.
Hence, please visit your doctor for examination and for investigations to rule out other causes.
