Does Small Amount Of Alcohol Consumption Affect The Healing Process Of Stress Fracture?

I have had a stress fracture (upper tibia on the medial side - rare but not too high risk) for awhile...I am on week 8-9 of healing from the date of diagnosis. I have been VERY CONSERVATIVE! I am on a D1 team for cross country and every year we throw a party and drink...we only drink once a year pretty much...I have my XRay next Tuesday...this party is this Saturday..will one night of alcohol that I never drink screw up my healing process even though my stress fracture is feeling fine and is hopefully healed?

Small amount of alcohol will not affect fracture healing. But I will advise avoid alcohol and smoking till fracture heals. As these stress fractures some time difficult to heal
