Hello dear ,I understand your concern. In my opinion cigarette smoking is not recommended in pregnancy.Because due to smoking the oxygen carrying capacity of blood is decreased. This less efficient blood is transferred to fetus leading to miscarriage, growth retardation of fetus, low IQ after birth and rarely death of the fetus. So I suggest you to keep yourself busy with any other avagation which might help in decreasing the craving.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
