Does Smoking Marijuana Cause Changes In The Blood Flow To The Knee Area?

I have been diagnosed with avascular necrosis of the bilateral femoral heads and osteonecrosis in the knee. my question is, will smoking marijuana increase blood flow to theses areas, or decrease blood flow? Thanks! I m 41 years old weigh 270 pounds and am 5 5 .

Marijuana as such doesn't cause any impairment of blood circulation in the body. But generally people smokes marijuana along with nicotine and it may lead serious adverse effects like plaque formation and impaired blood circulation. Marijuana will not improve blood circulation and it doesn't have any benefits a patient with avascular necrosis apart from pain relief.
