Does Sore Throat Itchy Vagina Post Sex Suggest STD?

I am 60 and have been in a relationship for 6 month. The last time I had intercourse it was uncomfortable.5 days later I work up with a sore throat, itching and soreness around the vagina, a small amount of discomfort when urinating and some odour less discharge. Is it likely I have an STD ?

thank you for query.sore throat can be due to contact with the person like kiss etc or may be from any other person by airborne route.it is not specific to std.vaginal itching or soreness may be due to dryness in vagina during this age.keep the area clean and can use lubricants oils before intercourse.if it persists it may be due to fungal infections which requires topical antifungal like clotrimazole.
