Does Soreness In Abdomen, Diarrhea, Shoulder Pain, Nausea And Headaches Signify Something Serious?

Hi. Ive had chronic diarrhea for 6 weeks. Only in the.morning. Sore spot on upper left abdomen just under rib and left shoulder pain. some discomfort after eating. Some nausea and headaches. Seem to tire quickly. SidePain not bad but uncomfortable and constant. should i go see a doctor?

Yes, you need to see doctor. Chronic diarrhea for 6 weeks, nausea and getting tired quickly are little bothersome symptoms. You would have good number of essential electrolytes.

You need evaluation, so suggest to see an IM specialist as early as possible.
