Does Spotting After Unprotected Sex Mean I'm Pregnant ?

Hi, I had unprotected sex almost three weeks ago with a guy I just met the night before. I am about 98% sure he did not come inside my vagina, but we were both very intoxicated and I am not 100% certain. Now I am experiencing spotting and I am not supposed to get my period for another week. I was on birth control for a couple years before I ran out last month, so I went a month without birth control. Is it possible that I am pregnant? Please help.
