Hi,
In the current scenario, you should go for an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres since home pregnancy tests have given negative result. A trans-vaginal sonogram also should be performed to know the status of the pelvic organs and if pregnant, to know the location of the sac and the viability. If pregnancy is negative, you may need a complete hormone profile, urinalysis and blood counts apart from a complete clinical evaluation to exclude hormone imbalance, infections and local causes that are possible. Hope this helps.
