They would not aware that they are being infected but likely to go for future complications like chronic abdominal pain, ectopic pregnancy,infertility, transmitting the infection to others etc. So it is always better to receive the treatment as advised by the physician if your sex partner had some STD infection. Partner treatment is a must in the management of STD. Don t go into the research where from her boy friend got this disease.
