Does Steroid Cause Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?

Received an epidural steroid injection 4 days ago. I have had increased weakness in left leg, dizziness, jittery and lack of sleep, with some shortness of breath. Know it is side effects from steroids, but this is my 4th. one, and I have never felt this bad from others. Wondering if I should be concerned?

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

Steroids are normally not associated with dizziness or shortness of breath , it seems to be some other problem. please go to a nearby ER room for further work up in case your shortness of breath worsens , to check for B.p and O2 saturation and rule out any hypersensitivity reaction Insomnia can be a side effect of steroids.

wishing you best of health

Thanks
