Hi,
The steroid injection cannot guarantee complete pain relief but is likely to improve your pain. It would be impossible at this time to predict whether you will be OK for riding the roller coasters. However, if you feel the pain is minimal and you wore a back support you would probably be OK. The risk is that your pain may be made worse but you would have to decide whether this is a risk you wish to take.
