Does Strength Training, Tight Skin Or Muscle That Runs Along Outside Of Shin, Pulls When Bend. Reason?
HI, I am 21 years old, no medical history (apart from colds etc). I am in good health. I do strength training about 4 times a week. No fat either, but not slim. Id say around 20% body fat. However I have this tight skin or muscle, that runs along the outside of the shin and it pulls when i bend over from the hips. It is very localised and it is worrying me. It feels more like skin than the muscle.
