Does Stress Cause Pressure In The Chest?

Hi I'm a 2 time cancer survivor just finished my last treatment just over a year ago and recently had another reconstructive surgery a few months ago. My blood pressure has been always somewhat high especially before treatment but I've been recently severely depressed and heaving panic attacks (which I've never had before cancer) took my blood pressure today and it was 147/105 I feel a tightness in my chest. Is this all just stress related? I'm in okay shape, I'm 40 y/o 5'3 and weight about 167 lbs. I dont drink soda, eat candy or fried foods. Should I be concerned??
