Your eye problem may not be related to explosion.More so hyper tension might have affected the eye.In any case you have to go through detail eye examination, like refraction, occular muscles movement and fundus examination. In fundus examination hyper tensive retinopathy is to be ruled out.In any case your existing hyper tension is to be treated by medication & needs a life style changes.Take bland diet, avoid alcohol and smoking.Fried food to be avoided and better to take low salt diet.Attend gym for work out.Under go blood taste for hyper tensive profile like serum cholesterol and lipid profile.
