Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Without examination and X-ray of nose difficult to say weather fracture is there or not. Use cold compression and take pain killer medication like diclofenac or aceclofenac etc. If no improvement you have to consult ENT specialist then he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
