Does Swollen/bruised Blood Vessels Indicate Pinched Nerve/blood Vessel?

While riding in the passenger seat, I hit my knee and started having excrutiating pain and could not fully extend it. I went on to the beach a few days later and fell on the same knee in the surf hitting it really hard. When I got out of the water I noticed the blood vessels started swelling up and bruising. Hi,
Thank you for using HCM. As far as I understand, there is nothing to worry about. You seem to have injured your knee accidentally twice at the same spot. If there are no cuts, you could try applying Ice packs 3-4 times a Day. If there is an associated redness, pain and/or swelling, you could take a short course of painkillers plus anti inflammatory médication.

Hope this helps. Take care.
