Does Swollen Feet And Traces Of Albumin And Pus Cells In Urine Cause Problems In Pregnancy?
Hi, I am 28 years old. I am 9 months pregnant now. In tyesterdays urine test, I was detected traces of albumin in urine and my urine was acidic with pus cells. I got my BP checked last week and it was normal. My feet is swollen since 2 days. Does this indicate a problem?
Hi, Urinary protein and pus cells may indicate infection. Do a urine culture as you may need antibiotics. Avoid intake of salt. Pedal edema is common in late pregnancy. It may come and go. Elevate your feet whenever possible. If the BP is normal, its good news.
