Does Taking Folitrax Cause Renal Failure?
hello doctor, I have been prescribed for Folitrax 15 mg once in a week, folvite 5mg every day, lefra 20 mg once in a day, vitoxy forte once in a day and hsqs 300 mg once in a day for my RA. But i was reading about the side effects of folitrax 15 mg. So i want to know what could be the chances of renal failure by taking this medication and is there any way by which we can treat RA without this medicine as well.

Hey thanks for your faith in the health care magic.i have gone through your question and i understood your problem.yes folitrax can cause renal failure on prolong use.Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney problems, blood disorders, diarrhea, and stomach problems.
If vomiting or diarrhea occurs, you will need to take care not to become dehydrated.
