Does Taking Percocet While On Tramadol Cause Any Dangerous Side Effects?

I take Tramadol (I was told I could take up to 8/day). Sometimes the pain is so bad, I take a Percocet (that I saved from a doctor that has since retired and I can no longer get from the new doctor). Is this bad? If I need a Percocet, I only take 1 - never more in the day. Does one interact with the other and is it dangerous?

Hi,

Perocet and Tramal are not different a lot. The only thing is that Perocet contains Peracetamol along with Tramadol. So you can use either of them, they are same things, and won't make any problem until you take too much. Better to use either of them whatever you like.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman
