Registerone is a retroprogestational medicine. Though it has got Progestational effect, it does not inhibit the ovulation and hence the conception can take place.
Since you have been bleeding for last 3 weeks or so, you have been given these pills to control the bleeding. If during tapering dose, the bleeding again starts, please increase the dose again to the previous one. Otherwise, these pills do not have major side effects.
After 21 days, when you discontinue these pills, you will get withdrawal bleeding after about 4-7 days. This bleeding will be much less in amount. If this bleeding stops of its own after about 4 days, you need not take any medicines; otherwise you may have to repeat the same regime again for the next cycle - of course with the advice of your Gynaecologist.
I hope this clarifies your doubts.
