Does Taking Tramadol Show Any Presence Of Opiates In HIDA Scan?

I am due a HIDA scan in 24 hours and was told not to take opiates beforehand. I am having a pain attack and am confused as to whether. I can take Tramadol to take the edge off or not? Some people say it is an analgesic(&the info leaflet) and others a synthetic opioid. Please can you advise whether it would affect the HIDA scan?
