Does Taking Hypothyroid Medication Increase Energy Level And Cause Weight Loss?

Hi, my TSH is 10.2. This is my second test done, the first test result was TSH of 8.5. I waited about 8 weeks before taking another test to see how the levels were. Its really hard to tell if I have the symptoms related to Hypothyroidism. I am 28 yrs old, Male, work 60-70 hrs per week and work out (wieghts and cardio) 6 days per week. Beacause of my work schedule, gym and life in general I feel fatigued at different times throughout the day. I guess my question is being that my 2nd test came back elevated it appears I have a Hypothyroid, once I begin treatment will I start to feel better overall with regards to energy? Will there be a lot of weightloss while taking the medication?? I am in really good shape overall and really not looking to lose any weight.
