Does Taking Vitamin Tablets Increase Constipation?
I have severe constipation and thinking about taking a vitamin for Hair,Skin and Nails it contains ferrous furnerate ( a form of iron) Dr has always told me not to take minerals or iron. the mg is only 3....Do you think this could complicate my issues?
